The Back Benchers of my Class!!

My friends make a group for their own. They sit in the class but are not the part of the class. They have the best of both the worlds. When the teacher is reading out the lesson, they are dozing in their seats. When they are asked to solve the questions, they are busy making the cartoons. They judge the teacher properly and act accordingly. There are some teachers who always ask questions from the back-benchers. They stand up sheepishly in their seats. At first they pose as if they have not heard or understood the question. As a matter of fact, they are prompting better students to tell them the answers. They use all the methods. For example, they will touch the other one with their toes or pass their hands under their seats. Their friends are always obliging. They never tell the teacher what is going on at the back of the class. Some of them are very good cartoonists. When they pose that they are writing the answers, they are actually drawing the cartoons. They pass on slips from one corner to the other and sometime carry on competition in the couplets. The sports-men among them do not disturb any one. They fell tired after playing the games and use their seats to relax or sleep if possible. They always try to choose their seats behind a tall student so that he/she can work as a shield. When the lecture becomes dull beyond tolerance, they open their comics or novels. If they find that the teacher is busy writing on the black-board, they have their bite without making any noise. If the recess is still very far, they open their lunchboxes and start tasting the snacks. They have their own code of conduct. If ever they are caught, they will never name their friends. Ask them to mimic any teacher and they will show their talent. Some of them express their art of drawing by spoiling the walls of the school especially in the toilets…

I’ve captured this as a scene going on at the back of my class, but think about your class. Don’t you have such back-benchers in your class!!!

Below is a self-written poem by the X-incharge, site builder and a student of class 10th. SHAZAIB ANSARI...... nice effort.

                          My Value

Creeping on my belly
I went through many changes

Came in this world
With not much value

Crying on the milk!!
I would have never thought

Growing Growing and still growing
seeking what life has taught

Is there any ray of hope?
Cant find any!!

Will I be successful?
OR Might just fail

Am I being so Ambitious?
On my valueless personality

Whatever I might be
I would surely get success

I will look upon my God
For his infinite blessings

Nasir Munir has submitted three poems for the magazine. Nice rhymes, good poetry. I'm sure you'll like it....

1.         Emotions!

  Sorrow comes, when someone leaves

And your heart starts to break.

   Grief dwells with sadness

   And comes along the way.

   Emotions start bubbling up

   And mouth blubbers to say

   Don’t go please! O’ beloved

   You are here to stay

   Beloved one leaves you alone

And you are left to cry

Cry, cry, cry like a baby

   One-day fate shall reply

The passing time leaves its marks

   And wishes do betray

   Time, the healer goes on

   You forget the sadder day

   This is story of life

   Where emotions blossom and play

They come to you as events

    Lead and vanish away

2.    One the Greatest!

There is someone who makes

The days and the night

There is someone who rises

The sun from the right

There is someone who guides

The sun into the west

There is someone who shows

The path that is the best

There is someone who helps

And navigates the bird

Over deserts vast

And places never heard

There is someone who grows

Plants of many kinds

From single types of soil

Often fascinates the minds

The one who certainly is

The most omnipotent lord

And he is the only one

Whom I call my “GOD”

     3.   My School!

My school is fun

For everyone

My teachers are great

So are the classmates.

Studies and sports

Nothing is short

It is the best

From all the rest

I always pray

May it stay

And enjoy fame

Earn a name

Simple Friend And A Real Friend

A simple friend has never seen you cry.
A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.

A simple friend doesn't know your parents first names.
A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.

A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party.
A real friend comes early to help you cook and stays late to help you clean.

A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed.
A real friend asks you why it took you so long to call.

A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems.
A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.

A simple friend wonders about your romantic history.
A real friend could blackmail you with it.

A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest.
A real friend opens the refrigerator and helps himself.

A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had fight.

A simple friend will say later.
A real friend will make the time for you now.

A simple friend expects you to always be there for them.
A real friend expects to always be there for you!

Poem by Mohsin Abbas (12th- B).
LIFE

Some say life is test
Some say it is for rest
Life is pain and sorrows
See come out of nest

Some so powerful touching stars
Some fed up of life living in bars
Some weak still working for hours
Some needy wandering with jars

Why this distinction between blacks and whites
All are humans with equal rights
You will pass sleepless nights
When you will see devastating sites

You feel when your eyes fill with tears
You cry loud but no one hears
But imagine when others cry
No one rescues till they die

We spend hours watching and thinking
Terrified We think we will always do good
But then nothing done just eyes blinking
God has made, evil is too good

Poem by waqas Ashraf:

Now I Understand

Now I Understand

It’s me who has to stand

Now I know that’s why

The problems made me cry

Now I found a way

To take problems away

Now I found a side

The side which made me pride

Now I am sensing peace

The peace which can’t be cease

Now I am feeling good

Cause there is brotherhood

Now I feel complete

Cause justice on the seat

Now my work is done

Cause happiness begun

Now my Dream is gained

Bye till we met again

A farewell speech by Mohsin Shoaib, Class 12th.

Estimable Principal,
                Honorable teachers,
                                  & dear fellows,
ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM,

Today the occasion on which I am assigned to address you is very different and special for me. This emotional evening has subjected me think of the few memories of the past. I vividly remember my first day in this school, holding the finger of my father and hiding behind my mother, so scared and nervous. At that time these were our teachers who held us and under their admirable, humble, noble and loving nature we came under the light of knowledge and now are ready to face the new challenges in our future life.

The great Sikander rightly said that his teacher was more admirable than his father because his father brought him from sky to earth and his teacher by virtue of his knowledge and training again made his way to the sky. On this great evening I would like to express sincere gratitude to our generous principal Mr. Khawar whose devotion to the school has resulted in school modification, to our torch bearer and evergreen teachers by the hard work of whose we are now mature ad standing at this stage.

Our present class teacher dignified and noble Sir Gulbadshah, respected and hardworking Sir Pervaiz, urging and humble Sir Farhat, kind and affectionate Sir Nasrullah, sincere and honest Sir Dilshad, Religious and devoted Sir Javed, And of course the Jack of all trades Sir Raees, you all are the most respectable for us. And at this occasion I would also like to apologize to you all admirable on the behalf of all the class if any act on our part has hurt you all. I would also like to thank class XI for well arranging this evening of mixed emotions of joy and sorrow. Fellows we are separating from you. To meet and separate is a strange moment which cannot be expressed by any angle of speech. Seas have no end; Universe has no limit, like wise emotions and feelings are boundless and have no limit. To express them in this short interval of time is not possible and certainly is not the task of this tongue. At this stage of our departure I would like to request our admirable to always remember us in their prayers and nice memories.

Think of us as we will think of you “Ah jolly little chaps the most naughty of all”.

Thank you & ALLAH HAFIZ.

KHUDA:
gar main tuje doosra dil ata krta
shayad main phir se khata krta
ik dil bahut hai doosray milte nahe
jitnay b dil hun tornae walay gintay nahe

Ghazal 2:-

Ye muhabbat bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
saray is say satayay lagtay hain

Ye bahar bhi Ajeeb si lagti hai
Khilay huay phool bhi murjhayay lagtay hain

Ye zindagi bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
apnay saray parayay lagtay hain

Ye khushi bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
gam saray zindagi main samayay lagtay hain

Ye hoshi bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
har pal ham madhoshi main payay lagtay hain

Tumhari kalayi bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
tumharay hath bhi kangan say sajayay lagtay hain

Tumhari fitrat bhi ajeeb si lagti hai
saray parayay tum nay apnay banayay lagtay hain

Ye halat bhi ajeeb si lagti hai MOHSIN
parday bhi mehboob kay sayay lagtay hain.

Poetry by Mohsin Abbas,,

Wo din hum pay bhi ayain gay
Farishtay hamain bhi wo rasta dikhayain gay

Kyun is duniya ka banay rahiyay
Ik din khali hath qabar payain gay

Us kay azaab ki tayari kariyay
Nahi to jahanum main phainkay jayain gay

Us din to maan betay ko bhol jayay gi
Phir hum kis ko apna banayain gay

Nakian duniya main pa lo jitni miyan
Nahi to qabar main awaaz kis ko sunaian gay

Kis ko koi apna karay mohsin
Ik din sab bichar jayain gay
